Franklin
Our Franklin project features a fully panelized smart lighting system paired with complete control of thermostats, fireplaces, and music throughout the home. Strategically placed Equinox 40 LCD keypads and Equinox 73 touchscreens provide intuitive access to all key features of the home - making it easy for the homeowners to manage comfort, ambiance, and automation from anywhere in the house.

Pyramid
As part of this home’s renovation, we added a wired 120V smart lighting system that brings full automation and reliable control to all three stories, without the need for extensive rewiring. Now, the homeowners can easily manage their lighting from any floor, enhancing convenience, comfort, and efficiency throughout the space.

Hacienda
For this system upgrade, we replaced six Qlink controllers with updated InFusion controllers while keeping the existing 30 enclosures and 200 keypads in place. After reprogramming and testing, all completed in under a day, the homeowners now enjoy modernized system performance with full access through their Crestron touchscreens and mobile app.

12th Street
Since most walls were left intact during the renovation of this home, we installed a fully wireless smart system to control lighting, shades, and exterior heaters. By removing unnecessary 3-way switches and relocating others, we eliminated bulky multi-gang switch banks throughout the home. Today, this four-story residence enjoys streamlined controls, with all lighting accessible from anywhere in the home via the app or the Control4 system.
