Qlink to InFusion Upgrade Process

Start by emailing us photos and all pertinent information about your current system. Be sure to include:​

• Panels/enclosures

• Controller LCD screen

• Keypads

• Any additional equipment (e.g., touchscreens, shades, etc.)

We’ll analyze your program file and update the quote accordingly. After your approval, we’ll begin work on your system programming.

Based on the photos and details you provide, we’ll prepare a preliminary quote. While final pricing depends on access to your system’s programming file, we’ll give you an estimated range to expect so you feel confident and informed moving forward.​​​

We’ll replicate your current lighting scenes and button functions exactly as they were—or, if you’ve opted for upgrades, we’ll collaborate with you to customize your keypad layouts and lighting preferences.

Once you're ready to move forward, we’ll collect a $500 deposit and ship you a laptop with the necessary cables and step-by-step instructions to extract your QLink program file. A prepaid return label will be included to send the laptop back to us for review.

Once programming is complete, we’ll ship your new InFusion Controller(s) and terminal boards along with clear installation instructions. Whether you or your electrician are handling installation, we’re available to provide remote support every step of the way.
