The Process

Design Collaboration
We review your architectural and lighting plans, then work directly with your architect, interior designer, and builder to plan the HomeWorks QS layout — processor locations, keypad placement, and integrations with shades, HVAC, and AV.

System Specification & Pre-Wire
We specify every Lutron component and provide your electrician with detailed low-voltage wiring documentation. Getting the pre-wire right determines the performance and flexibility of the finished system.

Custom Programming
We program every scene, schedule, keypad, and integration around the way you actually live — not a template. Dinner scenes, morning routines, vacation mode, whole-home off — everything is built for your lifestyle.

Installation & Commissioning
Once construction is complete and permanent power is on, we install all hardware, load programming, and commission the full system — testing every load, every keypad, and every integration.

Client Orientation
We walk you through everything personally — keypads, the Lutron app, voice control, scenes, and schedules. By the time we leave, you'll feel completely confident using your system.

Ongoing Support
We offer a complimentary follow-up visit within 6 months to fine-tune lighting levels in real conditions. Remote programming adjustments are included throughout this period.
